Kimberly Kegley (formally Couts) has worked in the inspection services industry for the past 12 years and received her education in geology from Wittenberg University. Mrs. Kegley has experience overseeing various ODOT, Ohio Turnpike, and private sector construction and coatings inspection projects. Her experience Includes project management, coatings inspection management, contract administration, specification review, documentation management and inspector training coordination.
